In the spring of 2005, Chuck was invited by the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics to submit a proposal of four large paintings that would be on permanent display in the Pediatrics Wing. These paintings were to be based on illustrations from Jungle Gym Jitters.

The third mural, Tire Swings is also taken from Jungle Gym Jitters. Again, more details were added to the large painting, including Mad magazine's mascot, Alfred E. Neuman who is swinging in the large tire along the painting's right edge.
