Abstract
The Internal Revenue Service Restructuring and Reform Bill, the most popular bill to make its way through Congress in several decades, contains several provisions of importance to farmers and ranchers. The legislation has passed the House of Representatives and the Senate but had noy yet been signed into law at press time, although the President’s signature is likely.
