Abstract
Every day, we each make hundreds of small choices about what to learn, eat, wear, and do. Some choices are healthy. Others are harmless. A few may be noxious. Individually, each decision may be of little consequence. Collectively over time, these decisions can make the difference between a happy, healthy, productive life and an existence filled with disorders and despair. Scholars in the College of Human Sciences study a host of factors to help us all take wiser steps and improve people’s lives.
