Abstract

Frequency is a stand alone fitness studio structure that offers users the ability to engage in various types of training methods that traditionally were limited to a gym space. Frequency brings functional strength training, HIIT, and other training aspects of the gym to your backyard, office space, or anywhere that there is at least 30 sqft without the hassle of designing and building a gym. The structure is pre-build and dropped off wherever it is desired. We love training at home or where it is convenient, and for that reason Frequency was developed. The fitness industry has transformed over the past year, specifically regarding training at home and ditching the gym membership for amazing virtual training options. We love our Pelotons, but why not bring in more training options. Find your Frequency and experience your next level of fitness.
