Abstract
Hortense Elliott who graduated from Iowa State College in the class of 1920, has returned to the college this year as dietitian in the college hospital. "I have always rather thot that. some day I should be a dietitian," she said, "but at the time of my graduation, I certainly had never dreamed of becoming one at Ames."
