Abstract

The objective of this session will be to supply you with ideas and methods that will help you build student engagement and buy-in through the creation of valuable leadership roles, internships, and employment within your office. The roles that we will discuss will go beyond your typical student office assistant jobs. We will teach you how to create roles that will allow students to be involved in the planning and implementation of programs, orientations, marketing, etc.
