About the Repository
The Iowa State University Digital Repository (ISSN 2572-679X) supports Iowa State's mission to create, apply and share knowledge by providing free and open access to the research and scholarship of Iowa State's faculty, students and staff.Through the repository, readers worldwide can read:
- Journal articles and manuscripts;
- Conference proceedings, presentations and posters;
- Theses and dissertations;
- Project reports;
- Technical reports, pre-prints, and white papers; and
- Audio and video files;
The Iowa State University Digital Press is a platform that publishes and/or hosts scholarly journals and conference proceedings, and magazines published by Iowa State University student organizations. The publications in the repository and their contents are presented as part of the historical record of Iowa State University. They should be viewed and considered within the context of the relevant time period.
The Iowa State University Digital Repository is managed by the Scholarly Publishing Unit in the University Library's Digital Scholarship and Initiatives Department. It is supported by the Office of the Vice President of Research.
