Abstract
During the latter part of March, 1933, President Franklin Roosevelt initiated a movement which will probably show its affects in conservation activity which will probably show its affects in conservation activity through many decades. The Administration is making use of the difficult economic situation as an opportunity to set ahead conservation work while providing at the same time substantial relief for the needy.
