Abstract
A FEW YEARS ago one of our best known radio commentators was flying from Florida 1to New York. Chancing to look down upon the green earth, he was seized with inspiration. That night, over a national network, he waxed lyrical •to millions about the vast forests he had gazed upon and the solid reassurance they have given him - from a couple of miles up - of our country's luxuriant timber resources.
