Abstract

The Holst Tract is a $16-acre plot of land near Frazer, Iowa. The area which is forested is managed by a committee of eight foresters. They are under the surveillance of Dr. Gordon Gatherum. Many fine Saturdays were spent at the forest enjoying the benefits of the great out-of-doors. Also, many not-so-fine Saturdays were spent huddled around the stove, listening to the pitter-patter of rain drops.
