Abstract

Many plans have been suggested for the benefit of agriculture during the past 10 or 15 years. Some of these have contained features that would be very beneficial to Iowa farmers. Some have contained defects. It is likely that further plans will be proposed in the future. It would be desirable for each farmer, in considering these proposals, to have before him a sort of check list or score card setting forth the most important requirements which a plan should meet in order to be beneficial to farmers and to society in general.
