The Produce Profitability Calculator developed by the Iowa State University Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management Extension program is to help produce growers look at their options when planning production for the coming year. The calculator can compare two production scenarios at one time and any number of variables:current and expanded production levels, increased acreage in produce, existing and modified marketing plans, or changes in pricing structures.
