Abstract
With machines you can take much of the hard, heavy work out of harvesting grass sileage and put the chopped grass in the silo with only 1/2 man-hour per ton. Although it takes a good deal of equipment to do this, you can also use this same equipment to harveset chopped dry hay, and to make regular row-crop silage.
