Abstract
Being able to get a job and keep it has been shown to improve quality of life for all individuals, including individuals living with developmental disabilities. Despite the majority of these individuals wanting a job, there continues to be a low employment rate among people with developmental disabilities. The job interview presents one of the main challenges to getting hired for individuals with developmental disabilities, so providing pre-interview support to ensure proper preparation before attending the interview is one way to increase the likelihood of a successful outcome of the interview process. In this creative component, a flowchart and set of wireframes for an online job interview training simulation were prepared to assist this group of individuals in better preparing for job interviews and feeling confident in their interviewing capabilities.
