Abstract
Eight girls at the dinner table, the dainty slicer opposite the wrestling meat cutter; the pea-chaser jostling elbows with the gulper and the mincer. Through 675 meals a year the eyes and minds of our waiters record the food habits of girls in a residence dining room.
