Farmers and those who advise farmers about crops will want to attend the annual fall field day for the Iowa State University Southeast Iowa Research Farm near Crawfordsville on September 9 beginning at 1:30 p.m. One of the features on the tour will be "Unmanned Aerial Vehicles for Crop Scouting" by Chris Murphy and Zach Vanderleest, Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers with Iowa State University.
