Abstract
This thesis describes a preliminary investigation into the potential beneficial re-use of
Recycled Asphalt Shingles (RAS) in soil stabilization (foundry sand and loess) and hot mix asphalt (HMA) design (composed of gravel, limestone, and cocnrete sand).
