Ethos

Ethos, Iowa State University's student-run general interest magazine, is printed three times each school year. Ethos is a full-color magazine with opportunities for writers, editors, designers, photographers and advertising and public relations representatives. Like regional and national magazines, Ethos goes in-depth to get to the core of the story in literary journalistic style. The stories are lively and colorful, highlighting campus personalities, university issues and how to have fun at Iowa State. Recent Ethos staffers have worked at Better Homes and Gardens, Parents, Country Home, Time for Kids, Seventeen, Family Circle, Money, Midwest Living, Living the Country Life, Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles, The Des Moines Register, MTV News, WHO-TV and The Huffington Post.
