Abstract

Cropland rental rates averaged $231 per acre in 2018, showing no change from 2017. Cash rent for pastures also remained unchanged and averaged $54 per acre in 2018. Rent as a percentage of land value remained 2.9 percent for cropland and 1.7 percent for pasture.
