Abstract
Most price supports in the United States are based on percentages of parity, Large surpluses have built up in recent years, however, under several of the storage-support programs. This has raised the question of whether or not percentages of parity are good bases for price-stabilization programs. And, during the past year, some other bases have been proposed. Let's take a look at them.
