Abstract
Amelia Earhart-she flies because she wants to. After all, that's reason enough for doing anything. Miss Earhart believes that most reasons are illogical anyway-that the greatest power comes because you want to do that very thing and do it well. Miss Earhart came to the campus as the first speaker on the 1934 Star Lecture Series.
