At Thanksgiving, we are reminded that no man has ever created anything. Our "feast" is a symbol of gratitude. All art is an expression of man)s desire to understand himself. Hidden within contemporary designs are these basic symbols.

Somewhere along the path toward graduation from Iowa State College, the idea came to me that the ideal life would be one in which creative activity is both a means of livelihood and a way of life.

A black bundle of fur hurtled through the doorway of Elm Hall and darted down the hallway. Wild-eyed, a coed shrieked her way after the little animal. Screams echoed through the dormitory as other occupants discovered the object of the chase- a tiny skunk.
