On March 8, 1966, a three-year old Great Dane was admitted to the Stange Memorial Clinic. For the last week the dog has been lethargic and losing weight. Physical examination revealed an emaciated, anemic animal with a conjunctivitis, tonsillitis and a dry cracked muzzle.
