Abstract
Dr. and Mrs. Stan Held addressed the members of the Iowa State University Student Chapter of the AVMA at a meeting on April 19, 1984. We believe that their story will be of interest to other alumni, students and practitioners. The following is a summary article taken from the August 23, 1983 issue of Family Circle magazine, written by Bonnie Remsberg. Thanks are extended to the Helds for sharing their life with us.
