Levels of fertilizer and pesticide usage in Iowa may change in response to at least two forces. One is growing public concern about the envi ronment, which has resulted in increased regu lation of the manufacture, distribution, and application of chemical pesticide products. Use of some products has been severely re stricted, while others are under evaluation.
