In Iowa, local food is turning heads and returning profits. We gathered these stories featuring some of Iowa's local food champtions in action to illustrate a few examples of how regional and local food systems are being built in Iowa. All were produced as part of an evaluation of the Regional Food Systems Working Group, or RFSWG, by the Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture.
