Description

Much work is being carried out today on inspection and flaw classification analysis in heat exchanger and steam generator tubing. Principal techniques include eddy current analysis and localized bulk longitudinal or shear wave analysis. This approach presented here considers the automated data evaluation of the guided wave technique in a way that an automated decision can be made about the condition of the tube.
