Abstract
A new construction of control Lyapunov functions (CLFs) for control systems based on Conley's approach of Lyapunov functions is established. Another method of constructing CLFs for bilinear control systems based on the Lyapunov spectrum for projected control systems is also discussed. Several global aspects of control systems via CLFs, such as control flows, multistability regions and stability of control structures are discussed.
